How the auction ends: Each item will remain open for bidding until its specified end time. If we receive a new bid on an item, either by internet or phone, in the last TEN (10) minutes of that item, we will extend bidding on that item (only) for a period of TEN (10) minutes. When bidding has ceased for that item, it will close. Extended bid time on one item does not affect close times on any other item.

You must specify the maximum you are willing to bid. All maximum bids should be made in the proper bid increments to avoid tie bids. If the maximum amount you specify is not enough to reach the next bid increment necessary, we will not execute the bid unless you authorize us to round up your bid to the next required increment.
Call backs: If you bid by phone we will give you a call back, upon request, to let you know if you are outbid. We cannot be held responsible if we are not able to reach you at the number(s) or time(s) specified. Please advise us if there is a time after which we should not call.
