Pair of original 1st printing 8 x 11" schedule/marquee-style concert flyers for a series of shows held at the Electric Factory in Philadelphia, PA from 2/16-3/9/1968 and from 3/22-4/22/1968. Designer unknown, the February flyer lists performances by Peanut Butter Conspiracy with Woody's Truck Stop (2/16-18), Jimi Hendrix Experience with Soft Machine (2/21-11), Group Image with Edison Electric Band (2/23-25), Elizabeth (2/27-28), Country Joe & the Fish (3/1-3), Ultimate Spinach (3/5-7) and Vanilla Fudge with First Borne (3/8-9). The March flyer lists: Mothers of Invention with Ars Nova (3/22-24), Muddy Waters Blues Band with American Dream (3/26-31), Wes Montgomery and American Dream (4/1-4), Butterfield Blues Band with Pandora's Box (4/5-7) and with Hugh Masekela (4/8-11), Cream with Woody's Truck Stop (4/12-14), Stan Kenton and His Neophonic Orchestra (4/17-18), Blood, Sweat & Tears with Elizabeth (4/19-21) and a Dance Marathon (4/22). Thin flat stock flyers are both in decent/used (B/B- to B-) condition; the February flyer has creases, flattened/pressed-out folds, edge/corner wear and someone has cut the eyes out of poor Ben Franklin's face, while the March flyer also has folds, doodling on the reverse, creases and a pair of fairly pronounced stains on the right side... definitely a bit on the worn side, but both EXCESSIVELY scarce Electric Factory artifacts with UNBELIEVABLE lineups.
