Original 1st printing 14&1/2 x 20&3/8" schedule/marquee-style concert poster for a series of Bill Graham-produced 1972 shows held at Winterland in San Francisco and at the Berkeley Community Theatre.
Shows listed include: the Kinks (Berkeley, 2/27), the Allman Brothers Band with Albert King (Winterland 3/3-4), Savoy Brown with Fleetwood Mac and Long John Baldry (Berkeley, 3/8), Black Sabbath with Yes and Wild Turkey (Winterland, 3/10-11), Joni Mitchell with Jackson Browne (Berkeley, 3/11), King Crimson with Malo (Winterland, 3/17-18), Emerson, Lake & Palmer (Winterland, 3/24-25), Mark-Almond (Berkeley, 4/1), Sha-Na-Na (Winterland, 4/7-8), Deep Purple with Buddy Miles (Berkeley, 4/14), J. Geils Band (Winterland, 4/14-15) and Humble Pie (Winterland, 4/21-22).
Design by Randy Tuten, medium-thick vellum stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; there is a tiny thin diagonal bend in the lower right corner/margin, a trace of light handling wear, a tiny edge/corner bump or two and a couple of stray fingerprints, otherwise fine.
Cool-looking early-'70's post-Fillmore BGP schedule poster with an eclectic lineup of performers.
