Original 1st printing 14 x 21" concert poster for UK psychedelic/blues power trio Cream (Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker) appearing with Loading Zone and Big Black at Winterland from 2/29-3/2/1968 and at the Fillmore Auditorium on 3/3/1968, all shows in San Francisco, CA.

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; a set of tack/pin holes (all four corners and in the top/bottom center margins), a soft dime-sized stain in the lower left margin, a bit of minor edge/corner wear, a light to moderate degree of surface wear (there was a bit of white pencil scribble in the band lettering area that was erased, leaving a few slightly rubbed/light areas), a few stray handling dings here and there, a tiny bit of pin-prick glue residue in the lower left corner/margin, a touch of edge creasing and a small set of light tape pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

An overall fine-looking specimen of the 1st printing 109 poster with strong colors and a relatively minimal amount of wear.
