Original 1st printing 5 x 7" blank-backed concert card/handbill for Jefferson Airplane appearing with the Grateful Dead at the Carousel Ballroom In San Francisco, CA on 3/15-17/1968.

 Art by Alton Kelley, image ("Sore Thumb") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 182 (plate 2.172).

 Medium-thin flat index stock handbill is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a tiny pair of staple holes (top/bottom center margins), one or two ultra-tiny pinprick surface indentations in the bottom center margin and a whisper of surface wear (a stray fingerprint or two), it is a fine-looking example of this classic 1968 Dead/Airplane image from the AOR.
