Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 22&1/2" concert/event poster for "People's Party", a one-day event held at the East Town Ballroom (Theater) in Detroit, MI on 4/5/1970.

 Art by Steven Holzer, poster lists appearances by: All the Lonely People, Rumor, Up, Norman James, Virgin Dawn, Shakey Jake, Sunday Funnies, Red White and Blues Band and Brownsville Station.

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in VERY sharp near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+); condition; there is a hard 1" diagonal bend in the upper right corner, a thin 5" diagonal hairline crease just underneath the bend, plus a few ultra-soft surface smudges, a tiny thin bend or two in the outer margin area and a couple of small pressure bends along the top edge and in the upper left corner, otherwise fine.

 Somewhat uncommon early-1970 oddball Detroit concert item in really nice shape.
