Original 1st printing 14 x 21&1/8" concert poster for Cream (Eric Clapton, Jack Bruce and Ginger Baker) appearing with Blood, Sweat and Tears (featuring Al Kooper, his only tour with the band), Jeremy (Steig) and the Satyrs and the James Cotton Blues Band at the Fillmore Auditorium on 3/7/1968 and at Winterland from 3/8-10/1968, all shows held in San Francisco, CA.

Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; the only really major issue on this piece is a bit of light surface splatter (a series of small pin-prick stains) just to the right of the image area spreading across into the right margin- other than that, there's a small pinch/stress crease in the middle of the stained area, a semi-soft horizontal bend in the upper right margin, a couple of soft handling bends and a light horizontal roll bend going across the upper margin and a tiny edge bump or two, otherwise it is a GREAT-looking example of this EXTREMELY unusual-looking printer's proof/variant.
