Original 1st printing (no script "W") 14 x 21" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Miles Davis Quintet (the legendary "Bitches Brew" band) and Stone the Crows at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 4/9-12/1970.

 Art by David Singer, image is # 227 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series. 

 Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; pin/staple holes in each corner, a thin razor-slice hole/pull on the "s" of "Davis", a stray thin pinch/stress crease or two hiding within the image area, a hairline-thin vertical bend extending from the center of the image out to about 3:00 on the edge of the shell, a few soft diagonal bends in the upper left corner and a bit of surface wear (a few light fingerprints and thin surface scratches) that can only be seen when the poster is tilted towards a light source, otherwise fine.

 REALLY nice-looking gently-used example of one of the most popular images in the BG numbered series. David Singer was really at the top of his game on this one; an absolutely GORGEOUS image.
