Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 22&1/2" concert poster for a pair of shows held to benefit "The People's Ballroom", an early-'70's Rainbow Party-initiated effort to continue the promotion of concerts at the Grande Ballroom in Detroit, MI.

 Shows listed are: Up appearing with Frut, Harve Khek, RPM and Iron Horse Exchange on 3/31/1972 and Detroit featuring Mitch Ryder appearing with Shadowfax, Thundercloud and Frick on 4/13/1971.

 Art by Gary Grimshaw, medium-thin flat index stock poster is in SPARKLING mint/near mint to near mint (A/A- to A-) condition; aside from a couple of light handling dings hiding around the outer margin area, it is an ULTRA-sharp/clean example of this VERY uncommon Grimshaw Grande poster from the post-Russ Gibb era.
