 Art by San Andreas Fault (Tad Hunter, with inspiration from Marvel Comics artists Herb Trimpe and John Severin), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 371 (plate 4.118).

 Medium flat index stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a bit of minor edge wear, a stray surface scuff/handling ding or two and a bit of ink spread in the upper left corner, this example is pretty sharp-looking.
