Original 1st printing 11 x 8&1/2" concert flyer for country-blues legend Lightnin' Hopkins appearing with the Conqueroo at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX from 12/1-2/1967. 

 Art by underground comix legend Gilbert Shelton ("Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers", "Wonder Warthog"), image ("Lightning") is # 6 in the VGC/Vulcan Gas Company series.

 Thin flat stock flyer is in excellent (B+) condition; there are a couple of soft pin-prick stains and a few light bends along the top margin, a series of light thin creases running along the left margin, a few light stray pinch dings and tiny surface spots hiding within the image area (on the "a" of "Gas"), otherwise fine.

 An overall GREAT-looking example of this early Vulcan Gas flyer with a great Gilbert Shelton design highlighted by an extra-large VGC logo.
