Original 1st printing 7 x 8&1/4" concert program for Jerry Garcia and John Kahn appearing with Rev. Chumleigh, Moz Wright and Roberto Morganti at the South Eugene High Auditorium in Eugene, OR on 6/5/1982.

 Designer unknown, thin flat stock program is in excellent (B+) condition; there are a number of light handling dings throughout, a small soft drip stain on the reverse, a tiny pin hole in the top center margin of the back cover and a few soft bends here and there, otherwise fine.
