Original 1st printing 19&3/4 x 26&3/4" event poster for the 7/17/1967 opening of the Joint Show, held at the Moore Gallery in San Francisco, CA and featuring music by Country Joe & the Fish and exhibited art by Stanley Mouse (who did this version of the poster), Rick Griffin, Victor Moscoso, Wes Wilson, Alton Kelley and more.
Art by the aforementioned Stanley Mouse, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 235 (plate 2.348).
Medium-thick semi-gloss coated index stock poster is in beautiful near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a few nearly-invisible surface dings/scratches, a couple of tiny corner bumps and a few stray fingerprints, this example is essentially as sharp as they come.
