Original 1st printing 28&5/8 x 22&3/4" uncut pair of concert posters for the Jimi Hendrix Experience with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers and Albert King appearing at the Fillmore Auditorium and Winterland in San Francisco, CA from 2/1-4/1968 (right side) and Arlo Guthrie appearing with John Mayall's Bluesbreakers and Loading Zone at the Fillmore Auditorium from 2/8-10/1968. Art by Rick Griffin and Stanley Mouse, images are #'s 105 (Hendrix) and 106 (Arlo Guthrie) in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series. (*Stanley has signed the 106 part in black pen) Medium flat index stock proof sheet is in fantastic near mint (A-/B+) condition; other than a couple of minor creases around the outer margin area,a touch of surface wear (a few tiny pin-prick surface stains/scuffs hiding within the image area) and that's pretty much IT... a REMARKABLY crisp/bright example of a 1st printing 105/106 sheet. I don't need to go into too much detail with regards to the significance of this piece... needless to say, it pretty much speaks for itself. A BEAUTIFUL untrimmed example of a VERY highly-regarded pair of 1960's concert posters. Top of the poster heap here, folks!
