Original 1st printing 4&1/8 x 7" concert handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with It's A Beautiful Day and Theater of Madness at the H.I.C. Exhibition Center in Honolulu, HI from 7/25-27/1969* (show canceled).
Art by Rick Griffin, image ("Hawaiian Aoxoamoxoa") is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 291 (plate 3.116 (reprint)- this is the 1st edition).
Medium-thick flat index stock handbill is in decent/used (B/B- to B-) condition; this example exhibits a fair amount of edge/margin wear, a few rounded corners, a series of tiny surface pulls in the lower left corner/quadrant, a pair of machine punch-holes (each about the size of a large tack hole) on either side of the winged skull, a series of horizontal/diagonal bends going across the upper part of the image area and a few other tiny surface scuffs/dings scattered around the image area, otherwise fine.
While this one may have its share of conditional issues, it is still a very sweet-looking 1st printing example of the "Hawaiian Oxo" handbill, just exactly perfect for the casual Griffin/G.D. collector.
