Original 1st printing 21&7/8 x 27&7/8" concert poster for the final week of shows held at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA.
Art by David Singer, image is # 287 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series (the last numbered poster in the Fillmore run).
Shows listed include: Boz Scaggs appearing with Cold Blood, The Flamin' Groovies and Stoneground (6/30), It's A Beautiful Day appearing with the Elvin Bishop Group, Grootna and Lamb (7/1), the Grateful Dead appearing with The New Riders of the Purple Sage and The Rowan Brothers (7/2), Quicksilver Messenger Service appearing with Hot Tuna (featuring Jorma Kaukonen and Jack Casady of Jefferson Airplane) and Yogi Phlegm/the Sons (7/3) and Santana appearing with Creedence Clearwater Revival and Tower of Power (7/4).
Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; there are a series of thin scratches/light fingerprint smudges scattered around the image area, a semi-pronounced hard pinch crease in the upper left corner (just to the right of the bird's beak), a couple of thin bends along the left margin/edge, a few stray pinch bends around the outer margin area, a VERY soft horizontal roll bend in the lower left corner and a couple of nearly invisible press hickeys that reveal themselves when the poster is tipped into a light source (nothing serious), otherwise fine.
A SUPERB 1st printing example of one of David Singer's most beloved Fillmore designs.
