Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 22&1/2" art show/event poster, "Gravity Sucks", an art exhibit by Lee Conklin, held at Mitchell Gallery on the campus of Southern Illinois University in Carbondale, IL from 3/6-4/6/1974. Medium-thin textured glossy stock poster is in SUPERB near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; aside from a well-camouflaged series of handling dings, a nearly-invisible diagonal bend in the upper left corner and that's IT. A good number of these were folded into 1/4ths and mailed (see reverse with return address and bulk rate stamp), this is an UNFOLDED example. An absolutely GORGEOUS specimen of this exquisitely detailed and hard-to-find Lee Conklin poster from a small Midwestern gallery show.
