Original 9&1/4 x 9&5/8" (appx. -top edge is cut irregularly) HAND-DRAWN ORIGINAL pencil/pastel drawing/study (on thick vellum sketch paper) by the one and only Wes Wilson.

 Drawing was executed by (and SIGNED in the bottom margin by) Wes in 1965 (VERY early psychedelic era) and is a study of the human skull (front view and side profile).  

 SUPER EARLY (and cool-looking) mid-1960's SIGNED Wes Wilson piece, it is estimated that Wes did this study right around when the Grateful Dead started appearing on the San Francisco scene.
