Original 1st printing 11 x 8&1/2" concert flyer for country-blues legend Lightnin' Hopkins appearing with the Conqueroo at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX from 12/1-2/1967. 

 Art by underground comix legend Gilbert Shelton ("Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers", "Wonder Warthog"), image ("Lightning") is # 6 in the VGC/Vulcan Gas Company series.

 Thin flat stock flyer is in very good (B/B+) condition; a set of tack holes a light amount of toning, a few semi-soft diagonal/vertical creases along the right margin, a tiny 1/4" tear in the right center margin, a few scattered handling dings and light creases, a stray pin-prick surface stain or two and a couple of nearly-invisible stress bends, otherwise fine.

 An overall fine-looking example of this early Vulcan Gas flyer with an awesome Gilbert Shelton design highlighted by an extra-large VGC logo.
