Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 21&3/8" concert poster for "Fun Fair '69", a four-day concert series held at the Kansas City (MO) Municipal Auditorium from 6/19-22/1969. Acts listed include: Iron Butterfly (6/19), Strawberry Alarm Clock (6/20), Wilson Pickett (6/21) and the Cowsills (6/22). Art by Timothy Dixon, thin glossy stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; aside from a thin horizontal bend (about 7" long, extending from the lower left center margin to the end of "Pickett"- this is a pre-existing paper flaw that was in the paper before inking), a few soft handling dings and a tiny mouse bite or two in the lower right margin/edge, it is a GORGEOUS example of this low-run regional Midwestern concert poster with an absolutely beautiful psychedelic mandala design.
