Original 1st printing 8&1/2 x 11" concert flyer for the Daily Flash appearing with Quicksilver Messenger Service and Country Joe & the Fish at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 11/18-19/1966.

 

 Art by Stanley Mouse and Alton Kelley, image is # 35 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 

 Thin flat stock flyer is in decent/used (B/B- to B-) condition; tack holes in all four corners, a couple hiding within the image area and in the lower right margin (around "Bindweed") with a couple of small pull/wedge tears in the top left corner tip, a moderate amount of toning, a soft stain/discoloration in the lower right corner, light handling and a couple of tiny surface spots, otherwise fine.

 

 While the condition on this one may be a bit challenged, it's still a very charming example of an original 1966 Avalon flyer with a nice design and a great all-psychedelic/fuzz-rock lineup.
