Original 1st printing 21&1/4 x 27&1/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead's infamous acoustic/electric shows held at Radio City Music Hall in New York City from 10/22-31/1980.
Art by Dennis Larkins and Peter Barsotti, thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in excellent to near mint (B+ to B+/A-) condition; just a couple of very minor scuffs in the top right corner tip and along the lower right edge and a hint of surface wear, otherwise it is an absolutely superb-looking example of this legendary Grateful Dead image.
This poster is famous for being recalled by the higher-ups at RCMH; apparently they didn't like the idea of two enormous skeletons leaning on their building and had the posters sent back; not that it mattered, the shows were all sold out (check out the photo of the ticket line) and the posters did eventually hit the market.
