Original 1st printing 12 x 17" concert/commemorative poster for the 6/26/1989 John Cipollina Tribute Concert, held at the Fillmore Auditorium in San Francisco, CA. Art by Rick Griffin, this is the thick textured gray stock version of the smaller (1st) edition that was made up by and given out at the show by Rick himself. Medium-thick textured index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; just a few fairly well-camouflaged handling bends and stress creases around the edges and within the image area, along with a couple of minor edge nicks, otherwise fine. ABSOLUTELY STUNNING Griffin portrait of the legendary former Quicksilver Messenger Service guitarist, this particular version (gray textured stock) hardly EVER shows up.
