Original 1st printing 14 x 21&1/2" concert poster for Country Joe & the Fish appearing with Led Zeppelin (their San Francisco debut) and Taj Mahal at the Fillmore West in San Francisco, CA from 1/9-11/1969.
Art by (and SIGNED in silver pen by) Randy Tuten (with William "Daddy Bread" Bosdedt and a photo by Peter Pynchon), image is # 155 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.
Medium glossy-coated stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; an ultra slight corner bend (about 1" ) in the lower left corner and just a trace amount of surface wear/handling (one or two nearly-invisible pinch bends), otherwise it is a SUPERB-looking example of the very first Led Zeppelin Fillmore poster.
Additionally, this poster really has a lot going for it, in a historical sense... Country Joe's guests on the final night (1/11) included Jerry Garcia and Mickey Hart of the Grateful Dead, Jorma Kaukonen of Jefferson Airplane and Hot Tuna (incidentally, the Airplane's Jack Casady was filling in on bass for Country Joe at all of these shows) and Steve Miller.
A HUGE night at the Fillmore for only $3.50!
