Official promoter-issued 2nd printing 14 x 20" concert poster for The Doors appearing with the Steve Miller Blues Band and Haji Baba at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 4/14-15/1967.

 

 Art by Victor Moscoso, image ("Swirley") is # 57 in the Family Dog/Avalon series.

 

 Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in decent/used (B/B- to B-) condition; a good amount of the yellow ink has faded substantially from being in a frame, leaving a thin stripe of darker yellow around the outer edges, along with a light amount of horizontal moisture warping, a couple of well-camouflaged stress/handling bends and a bit of pen scratch/tape residue on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 

 A charming (if somewhat used) example of one of the most-requested Doors posters from the Avalon.
