Original 1st printing 14&1/2 x 25&1/4" concert poster for the Grateful Dead appearing with Spirit of Creation at the Student Union Ballroom on the campus of the University of Utah in Salt Lake City on 4/12/1969.

 Art by Richard Taylor, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 382 (plate 4.156).

 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; a touch of fading at the top of the image, a thin 1" diagonal stress crease just above "SDS", a 2" soft pinch bend in the top center margin, a thin scuff mark and a couple of small pin-prick age spots in the upper right corner, a few tiny edge dings, a very soft stray surface scuff in the lower right corner and a few scattered fingerprints, otherwise fine.
