Original 1st printing (Scoop Printing credit) 16&1/4 x 22&1/2" concert poster and un-torn Ticketron-issued ticket (6&3/8 x 2") for the Allman Brothers Band, the Band and the Grateful Dead appearing together at Watkins Glen Grand Prix Circuit (Racecourse) in Watkins Glen, NY on 7/28/1973 (along with a special "soundcheck" on 7/27*).

 Design by Sokoloff/Saban/Mahn (poster), image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 406 (plate 4.231).

 Medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster and thin index stock ticket are both in used (B- to B-/C+) condition; the poster is heavily faded, has a set of tack holes, moisture damage (including about a 3" square area of "mottling" in the lower left corner (with tiny pin-prick mold spots, etc..), surface/edge wear, moisture rippling, etc... the ticket also is fairly faded/browned/bent, but is (remarkably) completely intact. These items obviously saw a VERY hearty existence and are not for the condition-conscious collector... however used, they are still a pretty nifty pair of original Watkins Glen "artifacts" for the right person.
