 Art by (and SIGNED in pencil by) Victor Moscoso, image is # 13 in the Neon Rose series. Medium flat index stock poster is in spectacular near mint (A-) condition; just a couple of VERY tiny edge/handling dings, otherwise it's an absolutely gorgeous-looking/ultra-crisp SIGNED example of this very trippy Neon Rose image.
