Original 1st printing 13&7/8 x 20" concert poster for The Doors appearing along with the Steve Miller Blues Band and Haji Baba at the Avalon Ballroom in San Francisco, CA on 4/14-15/1967. Art by Victor Moscoso, image ("Swirley") is # 57 in the Family Dog/Avalon series. Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; a few scattered tack pin/staple holes (all four corners/top center/bottom left margins), a couple of well-camouflaged stress/handling bends scattered around the image area, a few tiny stray surface dots and dings here and there and a minor amount of corner/edge creasing, otherwise fine. An overall superb-looking 1st printing example of one of the most-requested Doors posters from the Avalon.
