Original 1st printing 8&3/8 x 10&7/8" (6) page program/magazine for the April 1970 schedule of Electric Factory-sponsored shows held at the Electric Factory, Academy of Music and Spectrum in Philadelphia, PA. Design (cover) by Gerald Stevens Inc., program features bios of four of the month's headlining acts (Pink Floyd (4/17-18), Joe Cocker (4/5, with Mad Dogs & Englishmen), Phil Ochs (4/3-4) and the Small Faces with Rod Stewart (4/10-11) and lists additional performances by James Taylor (4/24), John Sebastian (4/25) and the Doors (5/1), along with local business ads, a review of Neil Young & Crazy Horse at the Factory, a bio on local Philly band American Dream and more. Medium-flat index stock program is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; a soft vertical center fold, a hint of surface scuffing, light handling a pair of rusty staples and a bit of minor spine wear, otherwise a fine example of this scarce Philadelphia-area concert artifact featuring an unbeatable lineup of talent. Check other listings for the May and June 1970 issues of EFM.
