Original 1st printing (red corner) 12&5/8 x 21&1/2" concert poster for the Doors appearing with Allmen Joy and Gingerbred Blu at the Family Dog at 1601 West Evans in Denver, CO on 12/29-31/1967. Art by Rick Griffin, image is #D-18 in the Family Dog/Denver series. Medium flat index stock poster is in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; a series of semi-soft handling bends scattered around top of the image/lettering, a couple of tiny vertical creases along the bottom edge and a hint of edge wear, otherwise fine. One of Rick Griffin's weirdest images, this example has been personally HAND-SIGNED in gold pen by Doors (just deceased) keyboardist Ray Manzarek (HUGE signature, obtained IN PERSON by the consignor). An AWESOME-looking BOLDLY AUTOGRAPHED example of Ray's favorite Doors poster.
