Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 18&7/8" concert poster for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin), appearing with the Charles Lloyd Quartet, Mount Rushmore and Morning Glory at the Continental Ballroom (Auditorium) in Santa Clara, CA on 8/11-12/1967. Designer unknown/uncredited, image is featured in the Art of Rock book on page 233 (plate 2.342). Medium flat vellum stock poster is in GORGEOUS near mint (A-) condition; aside from the tiniest stain in the bottom margin and a slight rub mark on "Fri.", it is just about as bright and crisp an example as you canhope to find. Very happy little 1st printing 1967 Janis poster from the AOR.
