Original 1st printing 17&1/2 x 22&3/4" 1972 poster for the California Marijuana Initiative (CMI), detailing the text of Proposition 19, which served to decriminalize the possession of cannabis in the State of California. Artist/designer unknown, thin newsprint stock poster is in excellent (B+) condition; a flattened horizontal machine fold (as issued), light handling and a few stray soft bends, otherwise fine. Nifty little early legalization movement piece.
