Original 1st printing 15 x 29" concert poster for the Grateful Dead and the New Riders of the Purple Sage appearing together at the Taft Auditorium in Cincinnati, OH, on 10/30/1971. Art by Alton Kelley and Stanley Mouse (who also SIGNED the piece in black sharpie), medium glossy stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; a set of pin holes (all four corners, several scattered surface dings/small scuffs (including a slight 2" scrape in the lower left margin), light moisture rippling, a couple of small edge dings, tiny edge tears and some water staining on the reverse (this one was actually hung up, unlike most other examples I've seen), otherwise fine. Additionally, this version (the WB-commissioned tour-blank poster was used for several mid-western dates in the fall of 1971) has an 11 x 3" "SOLD OUT" sticker posted just above "In Concert" with an additional announcement that the show would be broadcast on WEBN-FM)... A really uncommon example of this semi-ubiquitous Grateful Dead image with a HUGE Mouse signature (obtained personally in NYC on 10/28/2012), check out a killer recording of the gig (complete with Jerry telling off a particularly vocal member of the audience) HERE:
