Original 1st printing 28&5/8 x 22&5/8" uncut pair/printer's test proof sheet featuring (left) Vanilla Fudge with Blue Cheer and the Sunshine Company at the Fillmore Auditorium on 9/21&23/1967 and Donovan at Cow Palace on 9/22/1967 (art by Bonnie MacLean, image # 84 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series) and (right) Jefferson Airplane with the Flamin' Groovies and Mother Earth at the Fillmore and Winterland on 9/28-30/1967 (art by Greg Irons, image # 85 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series), this particular example (for whatever strange/unknown reason) has an ADDITIONAL PASS OF BLUE INK printed over both posters. Medium-thick flat index stock proof sheet is in excellent (B+) condition; about 2" of diagonal creasing in the bottom left corner, a 2&1/2" diagonal bend just underneath the ticket outlet strip on the BG 85, a few stray light pinch dings and subtle fingerprints and a tiny area of ink streaking (the blue didn't take all the way) on the second "f" of "Jefferson", otherwise fine. A REALLY unusual Fillmore proof sheet, I have absolutely no idea who/what prompted the additional pass of blue ink, but it certainly was an inspired decision. Just when I thought I'd seen EVERYTHING...
