Original 1st printing 56&3/4 x 34&1/2" Capitol Records extra-large promotional poster for the 1970 album by Jimi Hendrix and the Band of Gypsys (Buddy Miles and Billy Cox), recorded live at Bill Graham's Fillmore East in New York City on New Year's Eve/Day 12/31-1969-1/1/1970. Medium-thick glossy stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; a subtle curl from being rolled, a bit of light creasing along the top/bottom margins, a 3-4" horizontal stress bend just to the left of Jimi's head, a few tiny surface pits and handling dings here and there and a couple of tiny stray stress bends, otherwise it's a great-looking example of this MASSIVE Hendrix image with a killer graphic.
