Original 1st printing 14 x 20&5/8" concert poster for Jefferson Airplane appearing with the Grateful Dead at the Hollywood Bowl in Hollywood, CA on 9/15/1967 (Big Brother and the Holding Company with Janis Joplin are also listed, but apparently did not appear at this show). Art by Jim Blashfield with a photo by Herb Greene, image is # 81 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series. Medium-thick flat index stock poster is in near mint to excellent (A-/B+ to B+) condition; a light amount of vertical moisture rippling ("baconing") and a stray surface/edge/handling ding or two, otherwise a superb-looking example of this poster from an early out-of-town Bill Graham production.
