Original 1st printing 7&1/8 x 12&7/8" schedule/marquee-style concert flyer/handbill for a series of shows at the Painter's Mill Music fair in Owings Mills (near Baltimore), MD from 2/21-5/2/1971. Designer unknown, flyer lists performances by Edgar Winter with Mylon & Tin House (2/21), Black Sabbath (with Ozzy Osbourne) and Fleetwood Mac (3/7), Johnny Winter and Humble Pie (with Peter Frampton and Steve Marriott) (3/14), Richie Havens and comedian David Steinberg (3/28), Jethro Tull and David Rea (4/4), Elton John (4/11), Procol Harum and Cat Stevens (4/18), John Mayall (4/25) and Free with Mott the Hoople (spelled "Hopple") (5/2). Medium-thick flat index stock flyer is in good/decent (B to B/B-) condition; a set of semi-flattened horizontal creases (item was folded for mailing), corner wear (pin/tack holes and minor creasing), a 2-3" tape pull and stain at the top center margin, a 2' diagonal bend in the lower right corner, a few tiny surface marks here and there and a bit of pencil scratch on the reverse, otherwise fine. Very cool-looking early '70's oddball regional concert flyer with a great lineup and a neat old-timey design.
