Official 1991 2nd printing 19&1/2 x 35&1/2" extra-large silkscreened concert poster for the Grateful Dead with Quicksilver Messenger Service and Big Brother & the Holding Company (with Janis Joplin) at Winterland in San Francisco, CA on 10/31/1967. Art by (and SIGNED and numbered 192/500 by) Alton Kelley, Stanley Mouse and Rick Griffin, image ("Trip or Freak") is featured in the Art of Rock on page 185 (plate 2.183). Thick flat oak-tag stock hand-pulled (by Mouse) silkscreen is in fantastic mint/near mint (A/A-) condition; a REALLY beautiful example of this classic Grateful Dead/QMS/BBHC/Mouse/Kelley/Griffin image. Allegedly very few of these posters were signed by all three artists, as Rick died before he could finish signing his part of the run. Estimates vary, but the number of Griffin-signed examples is somewhere around 50-60 total. A great opportunity to get all three signatures on one piece.
