Original 1st printing 14&1/2 x 22" concert poster for Frank Zappa & the Mothers appearing with Todd Rundgren and Utopia (*canceled, replaced by Dr. John) and Captain Beefheart & the Magic Band at the Forum in Inglewood, CA on 12/31/1975 (*evening was billed as "A Gala New Year's Eve Extravaganza").

 Designer unknown/not credited, medium-thick glossy-coated index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are a series of thin bends/creases and a bit of surface dirt all along the bottom margin, plus a semi-soft diagonal bend in the lower right corner, a couple of semi-pronounced diagonal creases/bends in the upper left margin/corner, a few light handling bends scattered around the outer margin area and a couple of ultra-light surface scratches, otherwise fine.
