Collection of five (5) original 1st printing postcard-backed handbills/cards for assorted Bill Graham Presents concerts held at the Fillmore Auditorium from February-April of 1967. Bands/acts listed include: Jefferson Airplane, Quicksilver Messenger Service, the Byrds, Moby Grape, B.B. King, Otis Rush, the Grateful Dead, the Mothers and more. Art by Wes Wilson and John H. Myers, images are #'s 48, 51, 52, 53 and 57 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series and are assorted sizes (from 4&3/4 x 7&1/2" (smallest, the BG 52) to 4&7/8 x 8&1/8" (largest, the BG 48). Medium-thin flat vellum stock handbills are all in very good to excellent (B/B+ to B+) condition; all of them have light handling, the BG 57 has a 1" diagonal corner bend, the BG 53 has a tiny tear in the top left corner tip, the BG 48 has a single pin hole in the top center margin and a couple of assorted minor conditional issues, but the set is quite presentable as a whole. A very nice semi-sequential selection of 1st printing Bill Graham cards, all featuring top bands/acts. A neat little collection!
