Original 1st printing 13&3/4 x 20&1/2" cardboard concert poster for the legendary Sly & the Family Stone appearing (with special guest Freddie King- not listed) at the Dallas (TX) Memorial Auditorium on 7/18/1970.

 Designer unknown/not credited, medium-thin cardboard stock poster is in good (B) condition; there is a bit of moisture warping to the board, along with a series of light water stains in the lower margin area (mostly around the lettering), plus a few very thin stress creases, light bends and tiny pin-prick surface smudges scattered throughout the image area, a few minor edge dings and a tiny tear in the top edge, tack holes in the upper left/right corners and a light amount of toning, otherwise fine.

 VERY uncommon (and cool-looking) Sly poster from Texas, this is the first one of these I have seen.
