Original 1st printing 14&1/8 x 20" concert poster for jazz legend Ornette Coleman (and Orchestra) appearing at the Greek Theatre in Berkeley, CA on 8/11/1968 (*performing the "San Francisco Sun Suite").

 

 Art by Dore', medium-thick flat index stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; there are tack holes in the top left/right corners, "Tickets" and "Here" hand-written in blue ballpoint pen across the top border, a pair of tiny corner-tip bends in the bottom left/right corners, a couple of tiny pin-prick splatter stains in the lower left/upper right margins, a few minor edge dings and a light amount of surface wear, otherwise fine.

 

 Neat-looking mid-'68 oddball poster from Berkeley, a stylistic cousin to the Ornette Coleman poster from the previous week's performance of the "S.F. Sun Suite" at the Fillmore West (AOR 2.80).
