Original 1st printing 3&1/2 x 6&1/4" concert mini-handbill for the Grateful Dead appearing with the Buddy Miles Express, Black Pearl and Little John Farm at the Shrine Exposition Hall in Los Angeles, CA from 9/27-28/1968 (*shows unconfirmed, possibly canceled).
Designer unknown/not credited ("Zenith Sunrise"?), thin textured index stock handbill is in good (B) condition; there is a pronounced horizontal center crease going through the center of the image area, along with a series of light to semi-pronounced handling creases scattered throughout the image area/outer margins, a 1/4" tear in the upper right margin, a light amount of surface wear (a few tiny smudges/pin-prick indentation marks) and a thin diagonal bend in the lower right quadrant, otherwise fine.
MEGA-OBSCURE (I have never seen it before) Grateful Dead concert artifact from the Fall of '68. While I couldn't find any references to these shows ANYWHERE, there is a 2-day gap in the band's schedule in between recording sessions where these shows would fit in perfectly... a mystery still to be determined!
