Original 1st printing 14 x 21" concert poster for Janis Joplin and Her Band (*Kozmik Blues) appearing with Savoy Brown and Aum at the Fillmore West and Winterland in San Francisco, CA from 3/20-23/1969.

 Medium glossy-coated index stock poster is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there are tack/staple holes in the upper left/right corners, a couple of thin horizontal creases traversing the top margin area, a bit of minor corner/edge wear (a few tiny scuffs/thin bends/indentations), a bit of handling wear, a couple of tiny thin stress creases hiding within the image area, a few stray thin surface scratches and a bit of off-register printing along the upper part of the image area, otherwise fine.

 

 As an added note of provenance, this example was taken down from the wall at Ben Friedman's legendary Postermat in San Francisco "back in the day".
