 ITEM DESCRIPTION
Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert handbill for the Mothers of Invention (featuring Frank Zappa) appearing with Oxford Circle at the Fillmore Auditorium on 9/9/1966 and at the Scottish Rites Temple on 9/10/1966, both in San Francisco, CA.

Art by John H. Myers, image is # 27 in the Bill Graham/Fillmore series.

Thin flat stock handbill is in good to very good (B to B/B+) condition; there is a 1/2" square tape shadow in the top center margin, along with a soft 1&1/2" diagonal bend in the lower left corner, a touch of toning, a stray handling ding or two, a slight vertical curl to the paper and a couple of VERY soft rub marks in the center of the image area into the right center margin and a couple of nearly-invisible horizontal creases, otherwise fine.

Really nice-looking example of this semi-early (1966) full-color Fillmore handbill.
