Original 1st printing 5&1/2 x 8&1/2" concert handbill for Big Brother & the Holding Company (featuring Janis Joplin) appearing with People, Aeidi-plane and the Raybyne Memorial Band (A/K/A Fritz, featuring Stevie Nicks and Lindsey Buckingham) at the Santa Clara County Fairgrounds on 2/9/1968.

 Designer unknown/not credited (photo by Irving Penn), medium-thin glossy stock handbill is in very good (B/B+) condition; a single tack hole and semi-pronounced light tape stain in the top center margin, light handling/surface wear (a few tiny pin-prick spots/indentations), a few thin edge creases and a set of light tape pulls on the reverse, otherwise fine.

 Nice-looking (if a bit crudely-rendered) early-'68 Big Brother concert handbill from the San Jose area.
