 Art by (And SIGNED by) Stanley Mouse (in black pen), image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 262 (plate 3.22).

 Medium flat index stock poster is in VERY sharp near mint (A- to A-/B+) condition; just a soft handling ding or two hiding within the image area, otherwise fine.
