Original 1st/only printing 22&1/2 x 28&1/2" concert poster for the Thingies appearing with the South Canadian Overflow on 11/17/1967 and Shiva's Head Band with S.C.O. on 11/18/1967, both shows held at the Vulcan Gas Company in Austin, TX on 1/5-6/1968. 

 Art by underground comix legend Gilbert Shelton ("Fabulous Furry Freak Brothers", "Wonder Warthog"), image ("White Girl") is # 4 in the VG/Vulcan Gas Company series.

 Thick flat vellum stock poster is in very good (B/B+) condition; tack holes (all four corners with a tiny rust stain or two around the edges of the tack impressions), a light amount of toning, a thin soft horizontal roll crease traversing the center of the image, a few minor edge creases and a tiny tear or two scattered around the outer margin area, a few tiny pin-prick surface scuffs/chipped areas (mostly in the white margin area, very hard to see), otherwise fine.

 An overall SUPERB-looking example of one of the earliest Vulcan Gas images, this one would frame up beautifully (full disclosure: I have one framed up myself and can vouch for it!).
