Original 1st printing 4&1/4 x 6&3/4" postcard-backed concert handbill for the Jimi Hendrix Experience appearing with Sly & the Family Stone (not listed) at Bill Graham's Fillmore East in New York City on 5/10/1968.

 Art by David Byrd, image is featured in the Art of Rock on page 157 (plate 2.90) and is the seventh image in the BG/FE series.

 Medium-thin flat index stock postcard is in GORGEOUS near mint (A-/B+) condition; aside from a nearly-invisible water mark in the lower right corner and a couple of tiny corner bumps, a sharper/crisper example I have not seen.

 VERY COOL original 1968 1st printing Hendrix item from his very first appearances at the Fillmore East. The consignor of this item was an attendee of the early show.
